Proprietor, Gilbert Hicks has extensive bookkeeping experience in the retail, manufacturing, pastoral and hospitality industries. He knows the demands and pressures placed on businesses, both large and small.
Gilbert began Hicks Business Services in 2010 after gaining qualifications in the Advanced Diploma in Accounting and graduating from the University of New England with a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting in 2011.
During this time Gilbert became an Associate Member of the Institute of Public Accountants, advancing to full membership 2014 and is using this professional organisation as a pathway to being kept informed and updated on all aspects pertaining to the accounting profession.
Gilbert is continuing to update qualifications in all services provided by Hicks Business Services so as to deliver a varied range of services to clients at the highest level of competence and professionalism.
